Culinard - Birmingham

Professional chefs share their knowledge, their skill, and their passion with small classes in fully-equipped teaching kitchens, where every student has access to the tools they need. Students receive thorough training in all of the basics required for employment in the hospitality/food services industry. They examine how social changes have influenced the culinary arts, and how these forces will continue to shape the look and the taste of fine cuisine in the future.

Senior students put theory into practice, serving customers in the institute’s affiliated restaurant and bakery. Here, they gain first-hand knowledge and experience in every aspect of food preparation and presentation, from appetizer through main course and dessert, or from basic bread through confectionery delicacy.

Culinard’s goal is to ensure students earn a superior education in the culinary arts, and leave the institute well-prepared for an exceptional career.
