Culinary Academy of Austin implements a unique approach to studying the culinary arts. The Professional Culinary Arts curriculum is comprised of four major blocks, I, II, III, and IV. Each block spans a three month period (quarter year system). Culinary Academy of Austin’s set of courses is fashioned so that new students may start every three months. With our small classes and the individual attention that our instructors can give, students never feel overwhelmed. CAA also uses a mentor type of agenda where by advanced students are paired with new students.
